We are excited to partner with the historic City of London School as our venue host for the 5th edition of TEDx Square Mile.
City of London School (CLS) was originally founded 1442 for the benefit of local children and formally became a purpose-built school in 1837 under the management of the City of London Corporation. In 1882, the new School was opened by Edward VII (the then Prince of Wales) when it moved to its current site on Victoria Embankment.
CLS aims that all students should fulfil their potential and leave the School with a love of learning and believes that good teaching and learning develops:
CLS, TEDx SquareMile 2017, and ‘Creative Learning’
CLS, TEDx Square Mile and other creative agencies are excited to be discussing ideas to encourage creative thinking and learning both inside and outside education on the theme of Creativity in Education and with a specific emphasis on how to embrace technology and digital content creation in the School’s thinking and workflow. More information about the School’s project can be found HERE.
