Baguiasri Mandane


Baguiasri Mandane, MRPharmS, is a Specialist Oncology Pharmacist at the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Mandane also serves as a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, British Society for Haematology, British Oncology Pharmacy Association and Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. As a graduate research envoy from the National Institute for Health Research, she also sits on a variety of professional committees and national boards. Mandane also regularly publishes in open access peer-reviewed scientific and medical journals.


Frontline clinician, Mandane, draws on the experiences from healthcare professionals during the pandemic to give resilience a new light. She explains the fundamental characteristics to building this and what it looks like in practice. She asks us to unleash our true elasticity: redefine, renew and re-set.
